ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within a day of receiving the item.

Certain types of rice bag are exempt from being returned, including:

Used rice bag or opened packaging are not returnable.

If you return a product, You have to pay Rs 50 extra for shipping charge. 
Note :Shipping charges applicable for returned and exchanging product only.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
If you return a product, You have to pay Rs 50 extra for shipping charge.

Please note that we must receive your returned item within a day of return authorization.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method or by Cash.

Please note that shipping costs calculated for return products unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Refunds may take 1 days to appear in your account or by cash

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are damaged or incorrect items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at 9655086326 . Exchanges are subject to availability and you have to pay Shipping charges Rs.50 extra for exchanging.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items are non-returnable. These include:

Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)
Items that have been used Opened packaging.
